Hi, I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in logistics, tech support, and computer systems. My journey began over a decade ago when I worked as a Computer Technician, helping small businesses with hardware and software solutions — even assembling desktops from scratch. That hands-on technical experience taught me how systems work from the inside out.

Later, I moved into customer service and sales roles at T-Mobile and Sunshine Gasoline, where I developed strong communication skills, helped customers find the right solutions, and used data to boost sales and streamline processes.

At Amazon Logistics, I built on my analytical skills by studying delivery metrics and improving KPIs like on-time rates and route efficiency. I became familiar with using tech tools and solving problems in fast-paced environments.

Along the way, I earned certifications like the Google Data Analytics Certificate and honed my skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau. Today, I combine my technical background, data skills, and business insight to turn data into clear, actionable stories that help businesses make smarter decisions.
